For more than 30 years, Mr. Sergio Naumov has dedicated his life to the organizational development of important companies throughout the continent. This experience is reflected in the work culture, which is constantly evolving. Technology has changed work habits and paradigms around the world, adopting new working and learning methods. In addition to the classic metrics for measuring employee performance, measuring employee satisfaction and happiness at work has proven to be vital and impactful to an organization's bottom line.

For these reasons, Sergio Naumov, a teacher and researcher with two published books on work culture, created a survey of selected work culture attributes. These selected attributes are based on the results of his research and his experience as a consultant to global companies.
